I spent a month as a visiting scholar at the Center for Turbulence Research (CTR), Stanford University, taking part in the 20th Biennial CTR Summer Program. Together with my hosts and collaborators, I worked on two projects at the intersection of data assimilation, reduced-order modelling, and turbulence closure:

It was an intense and inspiring month, working alongside researchers from across the world on some of the most challenging open problems in turbulence modelling, and I am grateful to CTR, my hosts, and my team members for the opportunity.
